dirige il Dipartimento di Storia e discipline umanistiche e professore di filosofia presso la John Cabot University di Roma ed è direttore e co-fondatore del Beyond Humanism Network, Fellow presso l’Institute for Ethics and Emerging Technologies (IEET), Research Fellow presso l’Ewha Institute for the Humanities presso la Ewha Womans University di Seoul e Visiting Fellow presso il Centro Etico della Friedrich-Schiller-University di Jena. È curatore di più di 10 raccolte di saggi e autore delle seguenti monografie: Metaphysics without Truth (Marquette University Press 2007), Menschenwürde nach Nietzsche (WBG 2010), Transhumanismus (Herder 2016), Schöner neuer Mensch (Nicolai, 2018), Übermensch (Schwabe 2019), On Transhumanism (Penn State University Press 2020), We have always been cyborgs (Bristol University Press, 2021).
